I'm looking for a very responsible person, who cleans up after him or herself. I have FiOS TV with 25/25 WiFi Internet.

I am currently looking to rent a room in my 4Bedroom/2Bath house in Park Forest, Winnebago Street. Rent is $700 monthly for the room. Single occupancy only.

A little briefing in regards to the home:
Brick Home, does have a garage and off street parking. There is laundry area in the house for all tenants use. You will have access to all common areas, kitchen is huge, great study/den area and back yard is spacious. Wifi will be available also if needed.Central heat and air and a active ADT security system. Located in safe neighborhood close to public park. Metra is 4block walk with a abundance of stores located minutes from house. House has recently been freshly painted and prepped for rental. The utilities are split equality among all roommates. All women in house are respectable and clean college students and young professional. There are no children nor pets that reside in household.
Deposit is also equivalent to one month rent$700. Lease can be signed same day
