| My boyfriend and I are looking for a female to take over the master suite in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at The Vinings at River Parkway. The bedroom features its own bathroom as well as 2 walk-in closets. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the master bedroom. There is high speed internet, premium cable including HBO, and washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment has Chatahoochee River access and a private entrance to the walking trail. The location is excellent! Half mile to access both interstate 75 and 285. One mile to downtown Vinings, ten minutes to Buckhead, and fifteen minutes to Midtown. Tons of great restaraunts and one mile away from Cobb Energy Center of Performing Arts. Please note- A tenant will be expected to pay one third of all utilities; this share ranges from $50-75 per month. |
