| ROOMMATE WANTED to share a brand new 2,000 square ft three-bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Elgin, Illinois. The townhouse is located off Randal Road 5 minutes from Rout 20, 10 minutes from Elgin and St. Charles. The townhouse has new stainless steal appliances, cable, bar, two and half car garage, Internet, and lounge area for entertaining. All utilities included. The total coast for rent of a room within the townhouse is $750 a month, which includes all utilities. The lease would be subject to a month-to-month basis to allow for flexibility for the renter.
I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.
I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 25 - 30. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is education/ training. I do not have any pets.
