| We are a late 20's couple looking to rent out 2 of our 3 bedrooms for 2 new people, Our current roommates are moving out at the end of October. The larger room is $425 a month and the smaller room is $375 a month. The bedrooms have carpet, spacious closets, ceiling fans and new curtains on the windows. All utilities are included in the rent. The house has a big backyard, screened in lanai, newly updated kitchen, has laundry room with washer and dryer, tons of storage room in the garage. You have access to all the shared spaces in the home as well. We have a 1 yr old yellow lab, so you must be comfortable with dogs. There is a $100 deposit to move in and it's refundable when you move out. |
